By using the website located at www.get-tothepoint.com the related mobile website, and the mobile application (collectively, the “Websites”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”), whether or not you register as a member of get-tothepoint.com (“Member”). If you wish to become a Member and/or make use of the service (the “Service”), please read this Agreement. If you object to anything in this Agreement or the get-tothepoint.com Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
This Agreement is subject to change by In The Point Resort at any time,effective upon posting on the relevant website. Your continued use of theWebsites and the Service following get-tothepoint.com posting of revised termsof any section of the Agreement will constitute your express and bindingacceptance of and consent to the revised Agreement.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATIONREGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING VARIOUSLIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOWDISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED.
Electronic Agreement. This Agreement is an electronic contract that setsout the legally binding terms of your use of the Websites and the Service. ThisAgreement may be modified by get-tothepoint.com from time to time, suchmodifications to be effective upon posting by get-tothepoint.com on theWebsites. By accessing and/or using the Websites or becoming a Member, youaccept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices containedor referenced herein.
1. Access and Retention. In order to access and retain thiselectronic Agreement, you must have access to the Internet, either directly orthrough devices that access web-based content, and pay any service feesassociated with such access. In addition, you must use all equipment necessaryto make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modemor other access device. Please print a copy of this document for your records.To retain an electronic copy of this Agreement, you may save it into any wordprocessing program.
2. Commercial Use of Service. If you are using the Service and/oraccessing the Websites on behalf of a company, entity, or organization(collectively, a “Subscribing Entity”), you represent and warrant that:
a. You are an authorized representative of the Subscribing Entity, andthat you have the authority to bind the Subscribing Entity to this Terms ofService;
b. You have read and understand this Terms of Service; and
c. You agree to this Terms of Service on behalf of the SubscribingEntity.
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Websites include, but are notlimited to, browsing or downloading illegal content, collecting usernamesand/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purposeof sending unsolicited email, unauthorized framing of or linking to theWebsites, sharing or disclosing your username or password to any third party orpermitting any third party to access your account, attempting to impersonateanother user or person, use of the Websites in any fraudulent or misleadingmanner, any automated use of the system, such as scraping the Websites,automated scripts, spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like,interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Websites orthe networks or services connected to the Websites, and using the Websites in amanner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Illegaland/or unauthorized use of the Websites may be investigated, and appropriatelegal action may be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, andinjunctive redress. Use of the Websites and Service is with the permission of get-tothepoint.com, which may be revoked at any time, for any reason, in get-tothepoint.com ’ssole discretion.

  • All site reservations (PLUS any special event fees when applicable), require payment in full at the time of booking including online, in person, or over the phone. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Online transactions are subject to confirmation and adjustment. Promotions, discounts and coupons can not be combined. Please contact park office for most current pricing and details in advance.

  • All cancellations must be received before 2:00pm edt 6 days prior to the commencement of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to the full value of the reservation. Cancellations include, but are not limited to, a complete reservation, the reduction of a person or persons from an existing reservation, reduction in length of stay, trailer storage, etc.
  • All cancellations are subject to a fee of $8.95 + 8% of the total cost of the reservation.
  • Minimum 2 night bookings on all regular weekends.
  • Holidays, long weekends and some special events require a 3 night minimum booking. See event for details.
  • Site check in time is after 2:00pm – site check out time is before noon sharp!
  • Guests must leave site clean and free of garbage and debris.
  • A minimum charge of $150.00 + the site clean fee will be charged and due immediately for any sites left dirty.
  • Reservations not claimed by the time the park closes on the arrival date of the reservation will be considered a “no show” and forfeit the right to claim their site.
  • We are a membership only campground. Upon signing your membership for the season you agree that you understand and follow the rules. Please take the time to read the rules before booking as this will speed up your check in process. The park rules have been put in place with the intention of providing an enjoyable camping experience for you and other patrons in the park.

  • Indemnification and Liability Campers, guests and visitors acknowledge that this is a campground and as such recognize that there are inherent dangers such as tree roots, rocks and other hazards which could cause tripping or falling. Campers, guests, and visitors shall indemnify and hold harmless The Point Tent & Trailer Resort and its owners and agents from and against any loss, illness, damage, injury, claim, cost and expense (including legal expense at all court levels) arising out of or connected with their use of The Point Tent & Trailer Resort. It is expressly agreed that all personal property or equipment now or hereafter placed, stored or located on the premises shall be the sole responsibility and at the sole risk of campers, guests and visitors, and any damage, loss, theft, or destruction thereof shall be borne by campers, guests and visitors and shall be their sole responsibility.

    Violation of any of the above policies may result in expulsion from the property and revocation of membership without refund, denial of future reservations and/or membership privileges and criminal prosecution.
  • The POINT is a pet friendly resort for well behaved dogs & cats at no extra charge.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your pet is “Camp Ready” prior to bringing them to the park.
  • Broken, forgotten or losAll pets must be on a leash 100% of the time while in the park with exception of when using the off leash area.t FOBs are replaced at cost of $5.
  • Not everyone in the park is an “animal person” so you must be respectful, present and responsible for your pet at all times.
  • Pets are limited to cats and dogs and a maximum of 2 per site.
  • It is required to clean up after your pet at all times and pick up and dispose of your dog’s waste in the red garbage bins at the front of the park.
  • Only basic cabins permit pets. Please check prior to booking.
  • For the benefit of all guests, no loud, aggressive, or overly protective dogs will be allowed.
  • The POINT staff reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund of any guest whose pet(s) are considered a nuisance.
  • Pets must be current on vaccinations and in good health. Certification from a veterinarian of vaccinations must be available upon request.
  • For the complete list of pet rules, read the Pet Policy section of Park Rules prior to your date of arrival.
  • Under certain circumstances late check-ins are available. All late check-ins must be arranged in advanced during office hours. Late check-ins are subject to a $25 fee as a result of engaging an agent after the park office has closed. Please contact the park office for more information.
After hour check-ins will not be permitted without official confirmation from a reservation agent.
  • In making The POINT even more secure, a gate and security system has been installed. The primary site holder must obtain a security gate FOB to use during their stay. As is standard practice, $5 is required for the purchase of the cuurent gate FOB. This FOB is non-refundable however on your next visit, simply return the FOB and we will activate it for your next visit at no charge of the current FOB type.
  • Additional site vehicles simply purchase a FOB as required.
  • Broken, forgotten or lost FOBs are replaced at cost of $5.
  • The point tent & trailer resort is a safe space for gay & bisexual men.
  • Government issued photo id is required to enter the park.
  • You must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
  • Special events, bear events and long weekends often reach capacity.
  • Please call ahead to book additional guests.
  • Minimum 2 night bookings on all regular weekends.
  • Holidays, long weekends and some special events require a 3 night minimum booking. See event for details.
  • Campers that are not registered in advance are not guaranteed admittance to the park.
  • Annual membership fee is required for all patrons excluding non member, limited or special events.
